Due to the high demand of our pups it is suggested that you send a deposit to hold a pup. I will only accept three deposits on any breeding that has not hit the ground yet or any planned breeding. Once the litter drops and I see how many pups there are I will then decide how many our kennel will be keeping and how many will be available for sale. When I receive a deposit , you will be placed on a list in numbered order as to preference for pup & the sex you prefer. If the sex you prefer is not available you can switch your choice of sex or your deposit to another breeding. There will be no cash refunds.
A $500.00 deposit is required to hold a pup. I do accept payments , and the balance by the time the pup is 8 weeks old. If the pup is not paid for by the time it is 8 weeks old you forfeit your deposit. This means in my HANDS by the time the pup is 8 weeks old, not “In the mail”. Your deposit is your promise to me that you intend on buying the pup and my promise to you is that I will take it off the market. If for some reason you have a real emergency and you notify me early enough other arrangements may be able to be made. But I will not raise your pup for you.
I prefer to only take deposits on breeding’s that I know have “Took”. However if you “insist” on sending a deposit earlier than that and for whatever reason the breeding does not take, or there are not enough pups to go around you must understand & agree that you will not get a cash refund. Naturally you can move your deposit to another breeding or any pups available at the time. Only send a deposit on an unborn pup if you don’t mind moving it to another litter or you don’t mind waiting on another breeding.
To avoid confusion , once you have decided on a pup from a particular breeding “THAT’S IT”. You cannot keep asking me to switch your deposit from one breeding to another. Once I receive your deposit and mark you down on the list for a pup off a particular breeding , than that breeding is where the deposit stays. Again this is to avoid confusion on both sides. Hopefully the above policy will help to avoid bad feelings or any problems.
All dogs are either registered A.D.B.A. All dogs sold come with their registration papers at time of sale unless we have yet to receive said paperwork back from the registry club. In this case the paperwork will be mailed to the buyer the same day we receive it from the registry. We do not play games or hold paperwork back on a dog that you purchase. If you purchase a dog from us than you are entitled to that dogs paperwork. We strongly suggest registering the dog in your name as soon as you can. This way if you loose the paperwork you can re-apply for a duplicate yourself. We will not be responsible for getting new paperwork issued on lost or misplaced certificates so make sure you register the dog in YOUR name when you get the paperwork!
Due to past & recent events by people with no morals we will no longer allow yard visits. It is a shame that we live in an age that people no longer see that where a man lays his head at night with his family is his Castle. Long gone are the days where you can have people to your yard without worry of thieves. This policy is “FIRM” & it applies to everyone so please do not take it personally. (If you cant figure out why we have to operate this way than maybe you shouldn’t be looking to own a bulldog.)
